Agent X is a Managing Agent in the UK, which manages in excess of 70,000 units. PDC and PDC Law are their preferred debt collection and legal company appointed to collect their service charges, ground rents and other property related debts.
The below information is based on debts referred to both companies together with the costs, if any, that have been
(i) raised
(ii) written off and
(iii) payable.
PDC Law works on a conditional fee agreement with a 0% success fee. That agreement stipulates that legal fees including disbursements are limited to the sums awarded / settled with only these responsibilities:
