Monica Duggal – who acts on all matters relating to service charges and ground rent including lease interpretations debt recovery, s.20 consultation, right to manage, transfers of management and dispute resolution and brings an in-house touch to the services PDC Law offer.
Adam Fotiou – who brings extensive experience in all matters before the First-Tier Property Tribunal (in which he has performed his own advocacy), as well as service charge and ground rent collection and defending claims for breaches of lease on behalf of management companies and landlords.
