More often than not I would see management companies struggling to pay for vital works on developments due to resident non-payment of service charge. I set about creating a solution and established Property Debt Collection Limited in 1993.
Since this time Property Debt Collection has recommended a panel of legal providers to its clients for those cases requiring legal action. Granted, they have operated successfully but I always felt ‘a piece of the puzzle was missing’ and that if I owned a legal firm, I would create a unique service driven by a combination of experience and technology .
I am delighted to have taken what is the logical next step in establishing PDC Law and look forward to providing my clients with an unparalleled and cost effective service.email Joe
After numerous years in private practice I became head of legal at one of the largest property management companies in the country and subsequently acted as in-house counsel to various major freeholders. As such I have vast experience in all areas of residential property and landlord and tenant law including service charge disputes, right to manage applications, breaches of leases, collective enfranchisements and lease extensions. I have conducted many First Tier Tribunal applications and appeals to the Upper Chamber and Court of Appeal.
I look forward to utilising my many years’ experience in providing you with the best possible advice and service.email Richard
Focused on property law I was promoted to Enforcement Team supervisor and offered the opportunity to study for the CILEx qualification. I have held the title Litigation Manager since 2012 and am used to advising Freeholders and Management Companies on both residential and commercial matters.
This is an exciting new opportunity that I am overjoyed to be involved with.email Reece
