Jonathan is Director and Lawyer manager of PDC Law and the firm’s Compliance Officer for Legal Practice (COLP). He is also a qualified barrister who practices from Highgate Chambers Limited. Jonathan has worked with PDC for over 10 years and has undertaken property litigation matters since being called to the Bar in 1995. He represents PDC's Law's clients in a range of property disputes in the County Court, First Tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal.
His work includes the recovery of service charge arrears, forfeiture proceedings and orders for sale. He has significant appellate experience. Jonathan is acutely aware of the difficulties faced by property professionals seeking to recover charges. The Law can be complex and can require Landlords to demonstrate compliance with a number of contractual and statutory provisions. His job is to advise Landlords and agents in a thorough but pragmatic way with an eye to the commercial realities they face.
Jonathan supervises the Enforcement Team and the Non-Contentious Team.

Reece is the Managing Director of the firm and a Graduate Legal Executive. He has over 10 years’ experience in the property sector.
Reece specialises in all forms of commercial and residential property litigation and has particular expertise in acting for Landlords in connection with residential, breach of covenant, easement disputes, advising on leasehold enfranchisement and right to manage, and residential landlord and tenant matters generally. He leads the firm's Finance and Managements, and is responsible for the overall management of the contentious and non-contentious Teams.
Reece has a well established reputation in acting for Landlords and their Agents, for a variety of clients.
Reece has significant experience of conducting litigation in the County Court, High Court, Court of Appeal, First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) and Upper Tribunal with elements of cost-border litigation including enforcement outside of the UK.

Over the years, Daniel has built strong relationships with managing agents and freeholders and is seen as a trusted partner to his clients.

Arjun leads the Defended Team and plays a key role in shaping strategy on contentious property matters. He works closely with clients to resolve disputes efficiently, commercially and in a way that protects their wider interests.
He advises on a broad range of property and civil litigation matters, with experience in service charge and ground rent disputes, breach of covenant claims, possession proceedings and other contentious leasehold issues.
Since qualifying as a solicitor in June 2021, Arjun has developed strong experience across both in house and private practice settings. He has advised companies, landlords, managing agents and high net worth individuals on estate and trust related property issues, possession claims and complex multi-party disputes.

He has over 20 years’ experience in dispute resolution, with the last 14 years focused exclusively on residential and commercial property litigation acting for large institutional landlords, RTM/RMCs and managing agents on a national scale.
Andrew’s experience includes enforcement of covenants, service charge and ground rent recovery, forfeiture, major works consultations and dispensation applications, corporate and personal insolvency in a property context, disrepair, appointment of manager applications, tenancy disputes and claims for damages, injunctions and specific performance. Kristy joined the Firm in 2021 as a paralegal working in the Possession Team having obtained a degree in LLB Law (Hons) from Anglia Ruskin University. Her attention to detail, work ethic and drive and energy to assist in obtaining a result for our clients was apparent from the outset.
She quickly progressed to becoming a Trainee Solicitor with the Firm covering seats in debt recovery, dispute resolution and conveyancing and qualified as a Solicitor in April 2026.
Since qualifying her specialisms are in possession proceedings and post possession formalities, orders for sale and dispute resolution. Her day to day work in the defended team includes progressing contentious County Court claims till judgment or settlement and advising clients.
