Jonathan is Director and Lawyer manager of PDC Law. He is also a qualified barrister who practices from Highgate Chambers Limited. Jonathan has worked with PDC for over 10 years and has undertaken property litigation matters since being called to the Bar in 1995. He represents PDC's Law's clients in a range of property disputes in the County Court, First Tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal.
His work includes the recovery of service charge arrears, forfeiture proceedings and orders for sale. He has significant appellate experience. Hansel is a second year Trainee Solicitor, having joined the firm in 2016 as a paralegal. Hansel has worked in the property industry for over 4 years and is due to qualify in March 2019.
Hansel sits in the Defended Team, and advises and acts for Landlords and predominantly deals with the rent and service charge collections for residential long Leases, which has included her successfully recovering service charges and administration charges, as well as obtaining possession orders in the County Court and, where a Lease so provides, the full costs of that action.

Nusrat is a Trainee Solicitor with the firm, and is due to qualify as a solicitor in September 2019. She is a part of the Defended Team and undertakes work for Landlord and their agents in the County Court and First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber).
Before joining the firm in 2017, Nusrat worked for a commercial firm in the west-end, where she worked as a part of the firm’s real estate litigation team, advising on a range of Landlord and Tenant type disputes with particular emphasis on service charges, debt collection, enforcement, and lease extensions acting mainly for Landlords and gained wide experience in dealing with complex and high-net-worth cases.

James is a Paralegal in the Defended Team, whom he joined in July 2018 and works on claims issued in the County Court.
James is a law graduate, and before joining the firm, previously worked in the not-for-profit sector, advising consumers as to their legal rights and entitlements in respect of debt claims and management. During this time, he gained real-life insight of the practical application of his legal degree.
James brings with him valuable experience of dealing with consumers, providing concise and practical advice, assistance and guidance in respect of money claims.

Read Gurpal's bio
Gurpal is a solicitor and the firm’s Compliance Officer for Legal Practice (COLP). He has over 12 years' experience of helping clients successfully resolve property problems, including those to do with Landlord and Tenant disputes, property ownership and property rights. As well as providing advice, Gurpal deals with cases by way of mediation and litigation, through the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) and Upper Tribunal, the County Court, the High Court and the Court of Appeal.
